21 Savage har släppts mot borgen

Rapparen 21 Savage arresterades tidigare av officerare från USAs invandrings- och tullmyndighet, även känd som ICE för att ha vistats i USA olagligt då han saknar immigrantvisum.  21 Savage, vars riktiga namn är Sha Yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph har dock nu, efter att ha suttit anhållen i en vecka släppts mot borgen.

21 Savage är dock inte helt fri än och det är heller inte säkert att han får stanna i USA utan ett förhör om utvisning ska hållas innan hans framtid i USA avgörs. 21 Savage jurister som anlitats av JAY-Z sade följande i ett uttalande till TMZ:

“21 Savage asked us to send a special message to his fans and supporters — he says that while he wasn’t present at the Grammy Awards, he was there in spirit and is grateful for the support from around the world and is more than ever, ready to be with his loved ones and continue making music that brings people together. He will not forget this ordeal or any of the other fathers, sons, family members, and faceless people, he was locked up with or that remain unjustly incarcerated across the country. And he asks for your hearts and minds to be with them.”
