Gunshots fired against Swedish musician Leslie Tay – mistaken for being 6ix9ine?

Several shots was fired against the Swedish artist and his crew after a studio session in L.A.

The Swedish musician Leslie Tay, who’s currently visiting Los Angeles to record new music, was recently involved in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred this Thursday, May 31. Leslie Tay and his crew had just left the Studio 17 Hertz, Los Angeles, to return back to their hotel. Suddenly a car drove up next to them and an unknown gunman fired several shots against Leslie Tay and his crew. Luckily no one was injured.

According to our sources, the event took place in connection to when Leslie Tay left the studio at the same time as the controversial rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine. 6ix9ine had also been in the studio for recording at the time. Whether the incident is associated to an event that took place earlier this week, when 6ix9ine was involved in a conflict at a club, is still unclear. Furthermore, previous reports indicated that this was an attack aimed against Fetty Wap and his crew. However, the inference seems to be a shot in the dark since the rumour was later on denied by both 6ix9ine and Fetty Wap.

Leslie Tay’s management have not released any further details concerning the incident, although they announced that they are feeling okay given the circumstances.
